- Then he said to them, “Go, eat the festival foods, drink the sweet drinks, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your refuge.”

- The unfolding of Your words gives light;
It gives understanding to the simple. - Praise the Lord in song, for He has done glorious things;
Let this be known throughout the earth. - Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name;
Make His deeds known among the peoples. - Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;
For His faithfulness is everlasting. - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.”
- For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage battle according to the flesh.
- Do all things without complaining or arguments; so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, holding firmly the word of life.
- For I give plenty of water to the weary ones, and refresh everyone who languishes.
- This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
- Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- For what does it benefit a person to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?
- The Lord your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will rejoice over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. - So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be to you; just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- But the one who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds will be revealed as having been performed in God.
