Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; hold not your peace at my tears! For I am a sojourner with you, a guest, like all my fathers.Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.
For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.
And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

I cried to him with my mouth, and high praise was on my tongue.I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. SelahI acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name's sake you lead me and guide me.For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.
Hear, my son, and accept my words, that the years of your life may be many.Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
My times are in your hand; rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors! My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer's; he makes me tread on my high places. The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.

I stretch out my hands to you; my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. SelahI stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
