| And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. | And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.” |
| Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity. | So remove sorrow from your heart and keep pain away from your body, because childhood and the prime of life are fleeting. |

| The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. | It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, And He adds no sorrow to it. |
