| The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. | Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. |
| Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. | Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near. |

| The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name. | And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one. |
| “On the day when I act,” says the Lord Almighty, “they will be my treasured possession. | The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights. | The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. |
| If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you. | If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee. |

| Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray. | He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. |
| So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. | For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. |
| When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord; he brought me into a spacious place. | I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. |
| Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. | Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. |
| “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road. | And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. |

| But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises. | But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. |
| Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. | And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. |
| Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon. | Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. |
| Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. | Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. |
| They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” | And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. |
| Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming. | Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. |
| Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” | But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. |
| I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth. | For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. |
| So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. | While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. |
| He builds his lofty palace in the heavens and sets its foundation on the earth; he calls for the waters of the sea and pours them out over the face of the land— the Lord is his name. | It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord is his name. |
