- Both riches and honor come from You,
And You reign over all.
In Your hand is power and might;
In Your hand it is to make great
And to give strength to all. - The Lord watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
But the way of the wicked He turns upside down. - In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
- Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.

Because He delights in mercy. - A highway shall be there, and a road,

But it shall be for others.
Whoever walks the road, although a fool,
Shall not go astray. - The Lord shall preserve you from all evil;
He shall preserve your soul.
The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in
From this time forth, and even forevermore. - Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death, and deliver Him to the Gentiles to mock and to scourge and to crucify. And the third day He will rise again.
- Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Lord;
Let Your lovingkindness and Your truth continually preserve me. - Yours, O Lord, is the greatness,
The power and the glory,
The victory and the majesty;
For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,
And You are exalted as head over all. - Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him;
Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way,
Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. - Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord! - Show me Your ways, O Lord;
Teach me Your paths. - And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
- He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber. - He guards the paths of justice,
And preserves the way of His saints. - And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
- Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
- The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime,
And in the night His song shall be with me—
A prayer to the God of my life. - Remove falsehood and lies far from me;
Give me neither poverty nor riches—
Feed me with the food allotted to me. - Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the Lord guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain.
