- For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
- Oh how great is your goodness,
which you have laid up for those who fear you,
which you have worked for those who take refuge in you,
before the sons of men! - And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.
- The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness;
the world, and those who dwell in it. - Know therefore today, and take it to heart, that Yahweh himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no one else.
- I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven.
- Don’t think that I came to send peace on the earth. I didn’t come to send peace, but a sword.
- Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
- You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.
- For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
- Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth.
- Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the earth is mine.
- I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations.
I will sing praises to you among the peoples. - But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
- By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
- Be exalted, God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be above all the earth! - I came from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.
- Pray like this:
‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
Let your Kingdom come.
Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’ - For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter or one tiny pen stroke shall in any way pass away from the law, until all things are accomplished.
- Sing to Yahweh, for he has done excellent things! Let this be known in all the earth!
- God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
- Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great:
God was revealed in the flesh,
justified in the spirit,
seen by angels,
preached among the nations,
believed on in the world,
and received up in glory. - I am the living bread which came down out of heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. Yes, the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
- But I tell you, don’t swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God; nor by the earth, for it is the footstool of his feet; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
- This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
