Chinese (traditional)
Through overconfidence comes nothing but strife,
But wisdom is with those who receive counsel. Where there is strife, there is pride,
but wisdom is found in those who take advice. Only by pride cometh contention:
but with the well advised is wisdom. By insolence comes nothing but strife,
but with those who take advice is wisdom. By pride comes nothing but strife,
But with the well-advised is wisdom. Pride leads to conflict;
those who take advice are wise. By insolence the heedless make strife,
but wisdom is with those who take advice. Pride only breeds quarrels,
but wisdom is with people who take advice. An ignorant man causes strife by his insolence,
but wisdom is found with those who take advice. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God. Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose trust is the Lord.
For he will be like a tree planted by the water
That extends its roots by a stream,
And does not fear when the heat comes;
But its leaves will be green,
And it will not be anxious in a year of drought,
Nor cease to yield fruit.Next verse!With image
