But a humble spirit will obtain honor. - But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

But the poor hears no rebuke. - The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not willing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.
