Chinese (traditional)
A man's pride shall bring him low:
but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit. Pride brings a person low,
but the lowly in spirit gain honor. One's pride will bring him low,
but he who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride will bring him low,
But the humble in spirit will retain honor. Pride ends in humiliation,
while humility brings honor. A person's pride will bring humiliation,
but one who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride brings him low,
but one of lowly spirit gains honor. A person’s pride will bring him low,
But a humble spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride will bring him low,
but lowly souls will rise to honor. Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever. Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous.Next verse! With image
