Chinese (traditional)- But God is rich in his mercy, and because he had such great love for us, he brought us to life with Christ when we were already dead through sin—it is by grace that you have been saved.
- For it is by grace that you have been saved through faith. This has not come from you but from the gift of God. It does not come from works, so that no one can boast.
- For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that God had prepared for us to do.
- But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been brought near through the blood of Christ.
- As a result, you are no longer strangers and foreigners. Rather, you are fellow citizens of the saints and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.
Do you suppose that I cannot appeal to my Father for help and he will not immediately send me more than twelve legions of angels? For I know full well the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare and not for your misfortune, plans that will offer you a future filled with hope.Next verse! With image
