- Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
- And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
- You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
