| Then Jesus said to him, “You have come to believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.” | Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. |
| And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. | And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. |

| As for you, my child, take strength from the grace that is in Christ Jesus. | Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. |
| I press on toward the finishing line to win the heavenly prize to which God has called me in Christ Jesus. | I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. |

| Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.” | Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me. |
| If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, then the one who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit that dwells in you. | But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. |
| At the appointed time, while we were still helpless, Christ died for the ungodly. | For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. |
| Behold, I am coming soon, and I will bring with me my reward to repay everyone as his deeds deserve. | And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. |
