Jesus (8/8)

God, having raised up his servant Jesus, sent him to you first to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your wickedness. When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you, to bless you by turning each one of you from your wicked ways.
The multitudes who went in front of him, and those who followed, kept shouting, “Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”The crowds that preceded him and those that followed kept shouting: “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit who confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit who doesn’t confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God; and this is the spirit of the Antichrist, of whom you have heard that it comes. Now it is in the world already. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the Antichrist, about whose coming you have been told, and that it is already in the world.
You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace. Those of you who seek to be justified by the Law have cut yourselves off from Christ and have fallen away from grace.
As they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks for it, and broke it. He gave to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after he had pronounced the blessing, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take this and eat; this is my body.”
He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.”Then he took a cup, and after offering thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from this, all of you. For this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins.”
All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins.To him all the Prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him will receive forgiveness of sins through his name.
Behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence. He is the head of the body, that is, the Church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that in every way he should be supreme.
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.Jesus traveled all throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and curing every type of disease and illness among the people.
Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you? If he is not, then you have failed the test.
