Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to… Luke 9:16-17

Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. Luke 9:16-17	And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” Luke 9:23	And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” obedience crucifixion

For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. Luke 9:24	For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. sacrifice life
Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.” Luke 9:48	And said to them, “Whoever receives this child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.
