- God is our refuge and strength,
A very ready help in trouble. - Even to your old age I will be the same,
And even to your graying years I will carry you!
I have done it, and I will bear you;
And I will carry you and I will save you. - For the Lord loves justice
And does not abandon His godly ones;
They are protected forever,
But the descendants of the wicked will be eliminated. - Let’s hold firmly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
- The Lord is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you abandon Him, He will abandon you.
- For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame.”
- And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all.
- Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, and forever.
- And those who know Your name will put their trust in You,
For You, Lord, have not abandoned those who seek You. - Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or in dread of them, for the Lord your God is the One who is going with you. He will not desert you or abandon you.
- But the one who boasts is to boast in the Lord. For it is not the one who commends himself that is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
- In all labor there is profit,
But mere talk leads only to poverty. - For the word of the Lord is right,
And all His work is done in faithfulness. - For Your goodness is great to the heavens
And Your truth to the clouds. - If I should say, “My foot has slipped,”
Your faithfulness, Lord, will support me. - Hate evil, you who love the Lord,
Who watches over the souls of His godly ones;
He saves them from the hand of the wicked. - “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake,
But My favor will not be removed from you,
Nor will My covenant of peace be shaken,”
Says the Lord who has compassion on you. - The Rock! His work is perfect,
For all His ways are just;
A God of faithfulness and without injustice,
Righteous and just is He. - “Therefore say to them, ‘This is what the Lord God says: “None of My words will be delayed any longer. Whatever word I speak will be performed,” ’ ” declares the Lord God.
- Let your eyes look directly ahead
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. - The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever. - He will cover you with His pinions,
And under His wings you may take refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and wall. - For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - You, Lord, will not withhold Your compassion from me;
Your mercy and Your truth will continually watch over me. - Let Your favor, Lord, be upon us,
Just as we have waited for You.
