Romans 15 - NIV & NRSV

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.
For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, so that by steadfastness and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.May the God of steadfastness and encouragement grant you to live in harmony with one another, in accordance with Christ Jesus.
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.So that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company.

Bible verse of the day

But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was on him,
and by his wounds we are healed.
