Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor. Romans 15:2	We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord. selfishness encouragement neighbor
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, so that by steadfastness and by the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope. Romans 15:4	Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled.
