2 Corinthians (2/4)

For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?Do not be mismatched with unbelievers. For what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness? Or what fellowship is there between light and darkness?
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. Therefore I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities for the sake of Christ; for whenever I am weak, then I am strong.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and of spirit, making holiness perfect in the fear of God.
Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness. He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. For as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ.
That is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. That is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.
Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.Examine yourselves to see whether you are living in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless, indeed, you fail to meet the test!
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building. For we are God's servants, working together; you are God's field, God's building.
While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.Because we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal.
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband. But because of cases of sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband.
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.
For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead has also come through a human being.
Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him”

Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame.Come to a sober and right mind, and sin no more; for some people have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.
For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God.

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
