For the one who sows to his own flesh will reap destruction from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh; but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
So the Lord commanded us to follow all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God for our own good always and for our survival, as it is today.Then the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our lasting good, so as to keep us alive, as is now the case.
For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints.For God is not unjust; he will not overlook your work and the love that you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do.
