And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.
And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.

Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.You lust, and don’t have. You murder and covet, and can’t obtain. You fight and make war. You don’t have, because you don’t ask.
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?
Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.Give to everyone who asks you, and don’t ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again.
Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.Yahweh says, “Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, ‘Where is the good way?’ and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’”
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.You didn’t choose me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you.
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God; so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them.
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever.
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.Don’t say, “Why were the former days better than these?” For you do not ask wisely about this.
I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.I am inquired of by those who didn’t ask. I am found by those who didn’t seek me. I said, ‘See me, see me,’ to a nation that was not called by my name.
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one.
But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.But he who didn’t know, and did things worthy of stripes, will be beaten with few stripes. To whomever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked.
Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?Or do you think that I couldn’t ask my Father, and he would even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple.

He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?He therefore who supplies the Spirit to you and does miracles among you, does he do it by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?
