| Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. | Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. |
| A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray. | And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it; wicked fools will not go about on it. |
| In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. | This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.’ |
| These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. | I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. |
| Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. | Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. |
| For with God nothing will be impossible. | For no word from God will ever fail. |
| So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul; If you have found it, there is a prospect, And your hope will not be cut off. | Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. |
| And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. | And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. |
| Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. | Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. |
