| But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant. | Not so with you. | Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. | Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. |
| The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. | A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. |
| Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. | Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice!
