You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed.And if you say in your heart, ‘How will we recognize the word which the Lord has not spoken?’ When the prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, and the thing does not happen or come true, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you are not to be afraid of him.
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His understanding is unsearchable.
Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”And He said to them, “Because of your meager faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming, and now it is already in the world.
For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
“Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean.)And He said to them, “Are you so lacking in understanding as well? Do you not understand that whatever goes into the person from outside cannot defile him, because it does not go into his heart, but into his stomach, and is eliminated?” (Thereby He declared all foods clean.)
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.Urge slaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be pleasing, not argumentative, not stealing, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in every respect.

Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin.Because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.
One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.A person of too many friends comes to ruin, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him.The statement is trustworthy: For if we died with Him, we will also live with Him.
So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.So that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and relax in your company.
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or trouble, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.Because in much wisdom there is much grief; and increasing knowledge results in increasing pain.
Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.
If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all people.
