Bible Verses about 'Cut'

Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, you will find a future, and your hope will not be cut off.Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.
The face of the Lord is against evildoers, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.
For the Lord loves justice; he will not forsake his faithful ones. The righteous shall be kept safe forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.
I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of a flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be destroyed by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.
You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
Though the fig tree does not blossom, and no fruit is on the vines; though the produce of the olive fails and the fields yield no food; though the flock is cut off from the fold and there is no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will exult in the God of my salvation.Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
For the customs of the peoples are false: a tree from the forest is cut down, and worked with an ax by the hands of an artisan; people deck it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, nor is it in them to do good. For the practices of the peoples are worthless; they cut a tree out of the forest, and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not totter. Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, their idols cannot speak; they must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them; they can do no harm nor can they do any good.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
My times are in your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and persecutors. My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me.
I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?’I fell to the ground and heard a voice say to me, ‘Saul! Saul! Why do you persecute me?’
Indeed, all who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinegrower. He removes every branch in me that bears no fruit. Every branch that bears fruit he prunes to make it bear more fruit.I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.
Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world!I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
Therefore I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities for the sake of Christ; for whenever I am weak, then I am strong. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Indeed, the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul from spirit, joints from marrow; it is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
