Bible Verses about 'Envy'
- Do not envy the violent
or choose any of their ways.
For the Lord detests the perverse
but takes the upright into his confidence. - For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
- And I saw that all toil and all achievement spring from one person’s envy of another. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
