- My son, if your heart is wise,
then my heart will be glad, even mine. - But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
- To him who is ready to faint, kindness should be shown from his friend;
even to him who forsakes the fear of the Almighty. - Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
- Train up a child in the way he should go,
and when he is old he will not depart from it. - If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.
- That as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
- Therefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as you also do.
- Before the mountains were born,
before you had formed the earth and the world,
even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God. - Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens,
even the God who is our salvation. Selah. - There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling.
- Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
- We have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from your precepts and from your ordinances.
- Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting.
- Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith and don’t doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it would be done.”
- ‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
- This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you.
- For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Yet perhaps for a good person someone would even dare to die. But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
- For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except God’s Spirit.
- For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
- As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them, even as on us at the beginning.
- Therefore we don’t faint, but though our outward person is decaying, yet our inward person is renewed day by day.
- Therefore accept one another, even as Christ also accepted you, to the glory of God.
- For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
- If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous.
His ears listen to their cry.
