- For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
- Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
- A wise son maketh a glad father:
but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother. - Because I delivered the poor that cried,
and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.
The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me:
and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy. - A fool despiseth his father's instruction:
but he that regardeth reproof is prudent. - But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
- For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour; If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.

and give ear unto my cry;
hold not thy peace at my tears:
for I am a stranger with thee,
and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. - Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
- But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
- And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
- But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
- And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.
- If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
- Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
- Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
- In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice:
and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him. - No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother: And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.
- Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
- If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
- Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.Next verse!With image
