How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen above silver.How much better to get wisdom than gold! To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.
The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; And with all your possessions, acquire understanding.The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever else you get, get insight.

Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I get up; You understand my thought from far away.O Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from far away.
Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; Do not get upset because of one who is successful in his way, Because of the person who carries out wicked schemes.Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him; do not fret over those who prosper in their way, over those who carry out evil devices.
Yet those who wait for the Lord Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. And you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up.Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise.
The ransom of a person’s life is his wealth, But the poor hears no rebuke.Wealth is a ransom for a person's life, but the poor get no threats.
A wicked person earns deceptive wages, But one who sows righteousness gets a true reward.The wicked earn no real gain, but those who sow righteousness get a true reward.
I know how to get along with little, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.
But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life.But now that you have been freed from sin and enslaved to God, the advantage you get is sanctification. The end is eternal life.
So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.So teach us to count our days that we may gain a wise heart.
Blessed is a person who finds wisdom, And one who obtains understanding.Happy are those who find wisdom, and those who get understanding.
One who gets wisdom loves his own soul; One who keeps understanding will find good.To get wisdom is to love oneself; to keep understanding is to prosper.
Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.Athletes exercise self-control in all things; they do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable one.
A generous person will be prosperous, And one who gives others plenty of water will himself be given plenty.A generous person will be enriched, and one who gives water will get water.

Establish my footsteps in Your word, And do not let any wrongdoing have power over me.Keep my steps steady according to your promise, and never let iniquity have dominion over me.
Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.
Do not turn to the right or to the left; Turn your foot from evil.Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.

Now I say this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows generously will also reap generously.The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
