It is a snare to say rashly, “It is holy,” and to reflect only after making vows.It is a trap for a person to say carelessly, “It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry.

The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in From this time and forever.
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?For what good will it do a person if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a person give in exchange for his soul?
Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness.And do not go on presenting the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and your body’s parts as instruments of righteousness for God.
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.
