Chinese (traditional)- The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
- He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
- In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- But as for you, man of God, shun all this; pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, gentleness.
- Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us,
even as we hope in you. - We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another.
- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
- Let your face shine upon your servant;
save me in your steadfast love. - Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love for one another, a tender heart, and a humble mind.
- We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.
- And live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
- When I thought, “My foot is slipping,”
your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up. - Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and never treat them harshly.
- You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.
- I made your name known to them, and I will make it known, so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.
- For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that counts is faith working through love.
- How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help?
- And hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us.
- Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will hardship, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
- God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. - If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
- Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who maintains covenant loyalty with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.
- But I say to you that listen, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.
If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. But ask in faith, never doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.Next verse! With image
