Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!
If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.Then you will understand righteousness and justice and equity, every good path.
But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile.But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction.
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!
I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.”I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”
Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
But test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.But test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.

Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.

Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one.
