- You shall walk after Yahweh your God, fear him, keep his commandments, and obey his voice. You shall serve him, and cling to him.
- Jesus answered him, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”
- If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on, you know him and have seen him.
- Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. All the tribes of the earth will mourn over him. Even so, Amen.
- Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.
- I cried to him with my mouth.
He was extolled with my tongue. - They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him. They braided a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand; and they kneeled down before him and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
- A man’s gift makes room for him,
and brings him before great men. - What is man, that you think of him?
What is the son of man, that you care for him? - This poor man cried, and Yahweh heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles. - Seek Yahweh while he may be found.
Call on him while he is near. - All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins.
- My soul rests in God alone.
My salvation is from him. - This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
- Yahweh God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
- Whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory, receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
- My soul, wait in silence for God alone,
for my expectation is from him. - Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
- For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
- But from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, and you will find him when you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- God will bless us.
All the ends of the earth shall fear him. - Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
- Yahweh is my strength and my shield.
My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped.
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices.
With my song I will thank him. - Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
