- The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
- The Lord sends poverty and wealth;
he humbles and he exalts. - God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.
Rend your heart
and not your garments.
Return to the Lord your God,
for he is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and abounding in love,
and he relents from sending calamity.Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.Next verse!With image
