I can do all (2/4)

  • If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.
  • Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your God commanded you. You shall labor six days, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God, in which you shall not do any work— neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
  • Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. You shall labor six days, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God. You shall not do any work in it, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; for in six days Yahweh made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day; therefore Yahweh blessed the Sabbath day, and made it holy.
  • Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow.
  • Those who love your law have great peace.
    Nothing causes them to stumble.
  • For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.
  • If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing.
  • My mouth shall be filled with your praise,
with your honor all day long.
  • Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.
  • ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
  • If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
  • “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are profitable. “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things build up.
  • Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
  • “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of anything.
  • Wisdom is supreme.
    Get wisdom.
Yes, though it costs all your possessions, get understanding.
  • Jesus said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
  • What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
  • He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
  • For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
  • Yahweh is near to all those who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
  • Yahweh is righteous in all his ways,
and gracious in all his works.
  • Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
  • Behold, today I am going the way of all the earth. You know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Yahweh your God spoke concerning you. All have happened to you. Not one thing has failed of it.
  • And to love him with all the heart, with all the understanding, all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
  • If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

Doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.

Can a woman forget her nursing child,
that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb?
Yes, these may forget,
yet I will not forget you!
Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.
Your walls are continually before me.
