Bible Verses about 'Increase'

He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less.He must increase; I must decrease.
The greater my wisdom, the greater my grief. To increase knowledge only increases sorrow. For much wisdom can result in much sorrow, and those who increase their knowledge also increase their grief.
The more you have, the more people come to help you spend it. So what good is wealth—except perhaps to watch it slip through your fingers! When riches increase, so do those who are eager to accumulate them, and those who have accumulated them must remain content simply to feast their eyes on them.
For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.The one who provides seed for sowing and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed and increase the harvest of your righteousness.
And may the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows.May the Lord cause your love to increase and overflow for one another and for everyone else, just as our love does for you.
Wealth from get-rich-quick schemes quickly disappears; wealth from hard work grows over time.Wealth hastily acquired will dwindle away, but when amassed little by little, it will increase.

The land will then yield its crops, and the trees of the field will produce their fruit.Follow my statutes and keep my commandments and obey them. Then I will give you rain in its proper season and the yield of the land shall increase and the trees of the field shall bear their fruit.

Should we persist in sin in order that grace may abound? Of course not! We have died to sin. How can we live in it any longer?
Dear brothers and sisters, we can’t help but thank God for you, because your faith is flourishing and your love for one another is growing.Brethren, we must always give thanks to God for you, and it is only right that we do so. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”God blessed them and told them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth; subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the seas and over the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.”
For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy. If you obey the command that I give you today, to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways, and to observe his commandments, statutes, and decrees, then you will live and multiply, and the Lord, your God, will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.
