The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.The name of the Lord is a tower of strength; the upright man runs to it and finds refuge.
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is filled with his kindness.
Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.One who finds a wife finds happiness and receives favor from the Lord.
The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.The Lord is near to all who call out to him, to all who call out to him sincerely.

The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.The fear of others will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is secure.
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light.Once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.
The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.
