Bible Verses about Protection

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.Put on the armor of God so that you will be able to stand firm against the deceit of the devil.
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. You are a place of refuge for me; you preserve me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.God is our refuge and our strength, a well-proved help in times of trouble.
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified of them, for the Lord, your God, is going forth with you. He will never leave you or abandon you.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.No weapon used against you will prevail, and you will refute every accusation that is raised in court against you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, their vindication from me, says the Lord.
Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip. You have given me the shield of your salvation; your right hand sustains me, and your goodness makes me great. You broadened the path beneath me so that my feet have never stumbled.
Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.Protect me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. The Lord will battle for you. Be calm!
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?With the Lord to protect me I am not afraid. What can mortals do to me?
Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word. You are my refuge and my shield; I put my hope in your word.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.I can do all things in him who strengthens me.
And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.Even when you reach old age I will still be the same. Even when your hair is gray, I will still carry you. I have made you and I will uphold you; I will carry you and save you.
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.The way of God is blameless, and the Lord’s promise proves true; he is a shield to all who flee to him for safety.
But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble. But I will sing of your strength; when morning dawns, I will proclaim your kindness. For you have been my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.Guard your heart with all possible vigilance, for from it flow the wellsprings of life.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. With his feathers he will shelter you, and you will take refuge under his wings; his faithfulness serves as a protective shield.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. But you, O Lord, are a shield to protect me; you are my glory and the one who raises my head high.
I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.I keep the Lord always before me, for with him at my right hand I will never fall.
Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?Do you suppose that I cannot appeal to my Father for help and he will not immediately send me more than twelve legions of angels?
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to place your trust in mortals.
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.Every word of God has proved to be true; he is a shield to those who trust in him.
The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. The name of the Lord is a tower of strength; the upright man runs to it and finds refuge.
For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?For who is God except the Lord? Who is a rock aside from our God?

The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.The Lord is good, an unfailing refuge in a time of distress. He takes care of those who place their trust in him.
