Bible Verses about 'Known'

  • Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things.
    Make known his praise around the world.
  • If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on, you do know him and have seen him!
  • The time is coming when everything that is covered up will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all.
  • Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful? Of course not! In fact, it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, “You must not covet.”
  • Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
  • I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.
  • In this way, I will show my greatness and holiness, and I will make myself known to all the nations of the world. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
  • Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim his greatness.
    Let the whole world know what he has done.
  • Come and listen to my counsel.
    I’ll share my heart with you
    and make you wise.
  • I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors,
    for you have given me wisdom and strength.
    You have told me what we asked of you
    and revealed to us what the king demanded.
  • For God wanted them to know that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. And this is the secret: Christ lives in you. This gives you assurance of sharing his glory.

    but a wise person stays calm when insulted.
  • No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.
  • O Lord, you have examined my heart
    and know everything about me.
    You know when I sit down or stand up.
    You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.
  • Have you never heard?
    Have you never understood?
    The Lord is the everlasting God,
    the Creator of all the earth.
    He never grows weak or weary.
    No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
  • In that wonderful day you will sing:
    “Thank the Lord! Praise his name!
    Tell the nations what he has done.
    Let them know how mighty he is!”
  • You know what I long for, Lord;
    you hear my every sigh.

  • The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
    The skies display his craftsmanship.
    Day after day they continue to speak;
    night after night they make him known.
  • Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
  • People with integrity walk safely,
    but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed.
  • Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.
  • Show me the right path, O Lord;
    point out the road for me to follow.
  • You will show me the way of life,
    granting me the joy of your presence
    and the pleasures of living with you forever.

You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy. The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.
