O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where there is no water.
For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
He coveteth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth not.There are those who covet greedily all day long; but the righteous give and don’t withhold.
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?If a man says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom and continues, not being a hearer who forgets but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does.
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.But as for me, I will look to Yahweh. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.
The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.Yahweh makes poor and makes rich. He brings low, he also lifts up.
And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.I made known to them your name, and will make it known; that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and I in them.
I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.
Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his high position; and the rich, in that he is made humble, because like the flower in the grass, he will pass away.
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.

My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.My son, don’t despise Yahweh’s discipline, neither be weary of his correction; for whom Yahweh loves, he corrects, even as a father reproves the son in whom he delights.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.

Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.Since you have been precious and honored in my sight, and I have loved you, therefore I will give people in your place, and nations instead of your life.
