- Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord’s work, because you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

for you reward every man according to his work. - For Yahweh loves justice,
and doesn’t forsake his saints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. - Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
- Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.
- Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward.
- Yahweh is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness. - God, you are my God.
I will earnestly seek you.
My soul thirsts for you.
My flesh longs for you,
in a dry and weary land, where there is no water. - For your great loving kindness reaches to the heavens,
and your truth to the skies. - For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you. - Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.
- Since you have been precious and honored in my sight,
and I have loved you,
therefore I will give people in your place,
and nations instead of your life.
