- Those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.

the earth is filled with his kindness. - All this has been done by God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and entrusted us with the ministry of reconciliation.

It will not return to me unfulfilled,
but it will accomplish my purpose
and achieve what I sent it forth to do. - It is rash to pledge a sacred gift,
or to make a vow and then have second thoughts. - Let those who are wise understand these words,
and let the prudent acknowledge them.
For straight are the ways of the Lord;
the upright walk in them,
but sinners stumble. - Nevertheless, do not rejoice in the knowledge that the spirits are subject to you. Rejoice rather that your names are inscribed in heaven.
- We have sinned and done what is wrong, we have acted wickedly and rebelled, we have rejected your commandments and your laws.
- Teach us to comprehend how few our days are
so that our hearts may be filled with wisdom. - God’s love was revealed to us in this way:
God sent his only-begotten Son into the world
so that we might have life through him. - However, God has revealed these things to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit explores everything, even the depths of God.
- Let marriage be held in honor by all, and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for those who are immoral and adulterers will have to face God’s judgment.
