- Don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.

is wealth, honor, and life. - But from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, and you will find him when you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.

The years of your life will be many. - He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
- But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back part of the price of the land? While you kept it, didn’t it remain your own? After it was sold, wasn’t it in your power? How is it that you have conceived this thing in your heart? You haven’t lied to men, but to God.”

- It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication,
then later to consider his vows. - Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but when longing is fulfilled, it is a tree of life. - Keep your heart with all diligence,
for out of it is the wellspring of life. - Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
- Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience.
- Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death, and will hand him over to the Gentiles to mock, to scourge, and to crucify; and the third day he will be raised up.
- He is in the way of life who heeds correction,
but he who forsakes reproof leads others astray. - But you, man of God, flee these things, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.
- For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
- Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.”
- This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
- For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now and of that which is to come.
- For the Son of Man also came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
- Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord.
