The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need. He lets me rest in green meadows; he leads me beside peaceful streams.The Lord is my shepherd, I will not be in need. He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters.
I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I wait for Him.”
Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.
But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have.Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.
When Jesus heard this, he said, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do.”But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”
The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?The Lord is for me; I will not fear; What can man do to me?
So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?”So that we confidently say, “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?”
So you, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming.Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.
O Lord, I have come to you for protection; don’t let me be disgraced. Save me, for you do what is right.In You, Lord, I have taken refuge; Let me never be put to shame; In Your righteousness rescue me.
The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom should I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life; Whom should I dread?
If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person?But whoever has worldly goods and sees his brother or sister in need, and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God remain in him?
Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth.Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you remain in Him.
And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
I said to the Lord, “You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you.”I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have nothing good besides You.”
Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.I certainly believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living.
The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart triumphs, And with my song I shall thank Him.
As for me, I look to the Lord for help. I wait confidently for God to save me, and my God will certainly hear me.But as for me, I will be on the watch for the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.
In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.
All who fear the Lord will hate evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride, arrogance, the evil way, And the perverted mouth, I hate.
So the Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion. For the Lord is a faithful God. Blessed are those who wait for his help.Therefore the Lord longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; How blessed are all those who long for Him.
And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
I love you, Lord; you are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.“I love You, Lord, my strength.” The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my savior, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

The Lord will stay with you as long as you stay with him! Whenever you seek him, you will find him. But if you abandon him, he will abandon you.The Lord is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you abandon Him, He will abandon you.
