God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Joy comes to a man with the reply of his mouth. How good is a word at the right time!To make an apt answer is a joy to a man, and a word in season, how good it is!
But Yahweh said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.”But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
