I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Behold, God is my helper; The Lord is with those who uphold my life. | Surely God is my help; the Lord is the one who sustains me. |

“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” | I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” |
But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head. | But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. |
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. | “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. |
By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. | This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. |
If you love Me, keep My commandments. | If you love me, keep my commands. |
For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me. | Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. |
O my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You.” | I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” |
Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God. | Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. |
I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. | I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. |
In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul. | When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy. |
Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, And the years of your life will be many. | Listen, my son, accept what I say, and the years of your life will be many. |
I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. Selah | I spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land. |
The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills. | The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights. |
Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me. | But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. |
O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. | You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. |
My son, do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands; For length of days and long life And peace they will add to you. | My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. |
Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ” | Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” |
My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, And from those who persecute me. | My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me. |
Hear my prayer, O Lord, Give ear to my supplications! In Your faithfulness answer me, And in Your righteousness. | Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief. |

My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You, And my soul, which You have redeemed. | My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you— I whom you have delivered. |
Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever, For they are the rejoicing of my heart. | Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart. |
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” | Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” |
