Bible Verses about 'Offenses'
- Hatred stirs up conflict,
but love covers over all wrongs. - Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.
- I have swept away your offenses like a cloud,
your sins like the morning mist.
Return to me,
for I have redeemed you. - I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them.

and did not cover up my iniquity.
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.”
And you forgave the guilt of my sin.
For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
