Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.In my Father's house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.When Jesus had received the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.For whatever is born of God conquers the world. And this is the victory that conquers the world, our faith.

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.Jesus answered him, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.”
In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.On the last day of the festival, the great day, while Jesus was standing there, he cried out, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me.”
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all.
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.Do not love the world or the things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.Very truly, I tell you, servants are not greater than their master, nor are messengers greater than the one who sent them.
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another.
And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey.Now John wore clothing of camel's hair with a leather belt around his waist, and his food was locusts and wild honey.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.Very truly, I tell you, whoever receives one whom I send receives me; and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love.
If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there will my servant be also. Whoever serves me, the Father will honor.
And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.I made your name known to them, and I will make it known, so that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he is revealed we may have confidence and not be put to shame before him at his coming.
