Psalm 16:1 (3/9)

I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.
The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.
The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
The Lord redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate. The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the Lord upholdeth the righteous.Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous.
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth. The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.
For the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.
Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. All my longings lie open before you, Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you.
Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.Hear my prayer, Lord, listen to my cry for help; do not be deaf to my weeping. I dwell with you as a foreigner, a stranger, as all my ancestors were.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.
Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.Do not withhold your mercy from me, Lord; may your love and faithfulness always protect me.
As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.

My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?
