- Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.
- But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. - Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.

- Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
- For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.
- And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
- And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
- Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.”
- But let justice run down like water,
And righteousness like a mighty stream. - Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
- For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
- And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
- Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
- But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
- When Jesus heard that, He said to them, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
- And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
- In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.
- Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
- Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
- So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.
- But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.
- See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
- But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.
- For prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
- No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a vessel or puts it under a bed, but sets it on a lampstand, that those who enter may see the light.
