Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good. | Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. |
How can a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word. | Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. |
For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. | For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. |
Lord, all my desire is before You; And my sighing is not hidden from You. | Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. |
For He has satisfied the thirsty soul, And He has filled the hungry soul with what is good. | For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. |
